Teaching Commons Roadmap to Success

Phase One: We build your site.

The CDL will set up and host your website for you, usually within 48 hours.

  1. You provide the images and content.
  2. We can customize the top banner for you and rename the tab sections to your specifications.
  3. The quicker you get us the content and your requirements, the faster the turnaround. Download the checklist.

Phase Two: You take over.

Your  team will be responsible for writing the content, and maintaining the website.

  1. You decide who will be your content manager. You will need a dedicated staff member to update the site with Adobe Contribute who is familiar with CSU accessibility requirements.
  2. The content manager installs Contribute.
  3. CDL provides the “Key” for the content manager to access the site and make changes.
  4. The content manager views the Contribute tutorial and familiarizes themself with this site.
  5. We offer technical support and training as needed.
