Quick Contribute Tutorial
Contribute has a short tutorial to introduce you to the basics of editing. You can find it in Contribute's help menu, and on the start page. The tutorial demonstrates how to edit text and add images.

If you look in the left column of the Contribute interface after you connect to your site you'll see a list of instructions for using Contribute. This is a good place to look for beginner questions, like "How do I edit a page?".
